This opt-in matter has been the vehicle that participating IEU-Ohio members have used since 1992 to focus on electric industry restructuring in Ohio (both legislative and the related regulatory activities).

The scope of work associated with this opt-in activity will necessarily include coordination and participation in group/member meetings; preparing filings/documents for submission to the PUCO, specific utilities and elected officials; plus participating in meetings with utility and PUCO Staff representatives. The work requires legal, technical and government relations skill sets. It is expected that the bulk of these skills will be provided by McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC’s Columbus, Ohio office (information on McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC and its Columbus office is on the Internet at ).
